For the longevity, appearance, and performance of your extensions, proper maintenance is essential. By purchasing from HerHaus Heritage, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for caring for your extensions according to our recommended maintenance guidelines.

To achieve the best possible results, all HerHaus extensions should be installed by a licensed and/or extension-certified hairstylist. Any self-installation or installation performed by an unlicensed individual is done entirely at the customer's own risk. HerHaus is not responsible for the outcome of improper installation or any damage resulting from incorrect application.

Orders identified by our payment security system as high-risk or potentially fraudulent will be automatically cancelled to protect both our customers and the integrity of the HerHaus brand.
